Having been a professional athlete for over 10 years, Chris successfully transitioned from life as an athlete into a career in business. He completed a Law degree whilst playing professional sport, which armed him with the critical skills needed to succeed in business.

Chris brings 8 years of professional executive search experience gained in New York City, where he developed a rigorous, relationship-led approach to identifying and placing senior leaders in competitive, high-stakes environments.

Luke is a global sporting advisor for major leagues and teams across Europe, the US, and Asia-Pacific. Alongside his team, Luke helps Owners and Executives navigate the complex world of sport, primarily balancing the need to win on the field with commercial outcomes off it.

His consulting career spans Deloitte/Monitor, EY-Parthenon, and Sportsology Group, where he served as Head of US Advisory. Luke is also an Appointed Director of Commonwealth Games Australia.
